My Favourite Peanut Butter Protein Ball Recipe

20 – 25 Balls

Each Ball contains about 96.40Kcal (without Vanilla or Chocolate)


1 cup oatmeal – 220g

2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes – 25g

1/2 cup peanut butter – 150g

1/2 cup ground flaxseed or wheat germ – 45g

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional)

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup – 90g

1 Tbsp. chia seeds – 15g

2 tsp. Organic whey protein powder (optional)


Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like.

Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
